All users are welcomed to post their jobs or information on SourSeed.com (the "Web Site") and agree to follow the terms and conditions under the Web Site's policy. We reserve our rights to accept or refuse services and terminate user access or further use in the Web Site at our discretion. Any inappropriate information posted on our site will be terminated without advance notice and no reason will be given for such action. SourSeed may revise or update the terms of service any time without notice to you. The web site is created for lawful use by individuals seeking employments and career information, and our member companies recruiting employees or personnel replacement. Any following conditions are prohibited and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for any of the following.

• Posting or transmitting any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, "spam," chain letters or any other form of solicitation or commercial otherwise.

• Using the SourSeed Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services
• Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume or profile (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).

User Agreement

By posting any information or materials including, but not limited to, job posting, discussion forum, message board, or classified ads, user authorizes SourSeed the rights to modify, reproduce, display or license to use in any form of media. SourSeed does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content, message or material posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk. SourSeed will not give advice of any kind, users should not solely rely upon on the information post on the web site for specific purpose. SourSeed acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, SourSeed may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. SourSeed has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Your profile will be viewable to registered employer when authorized by you during registration process with SourSeed and you understand that employers or recruiters may have copied your profile or resume in their database before you delete your profile or resume from our database. SourSeed is not responsible for their use of your personal information.

SourSeed's Liability

SourSeed provides job posting services and only acquire basic information from the users. Any account or information can be created or labeled by a false or misleading information without any detection, we are under no obligation to control the information posted by the users, thus individuals' discretion is advised. SourSeed does not represent or involve neither job seekers nor the employers or recruiters for any sort of job transaction or procedure, unless otherwise stated.

Any information, services or material prepared by SourSeed are for general information purpose only and are intended to provide accurate and authoritative information regarding to the subject matter covered. It is offered with the understanding that SourSeed and its representative are not engaged in rendering legal or other professional service. Materials or contents on the SourSeed may contain inaccuracies or typographical error, we are in our effort to control any error or inappropriate information under no obligation to do so. Information including but not limited to, content, logo, message, material or design on the SourSeed are copyrighted. Any use of property of SourSeed for commercial exploitation without authorization is prohibited. You may not sell or modify the Web Site Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Web Site Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Web Site Content on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
